JEPP Application Overview

Important: All sections of the application must be completed. Please make sure you have provided all the required information and supporting documents (as indicated on the Local Government Authority/First Nations Application Form) and have the application signed and dated by the appropriate signing authorities before submitting.

General Information

Application forms – (For Incorporated Municipal Governments, Regional Districts and First Nations) and Application Costing Worksheets are available from PEP Regional Offices, PEP Headquarters, or the PEP web site at www.pep.gov.bc.ca/jepp/jepp.html

More than one application may be submitted.

Multiple projects in different categories must be submitted as separate applications.

Multiple projects in the same category that are independent and largely unrelated to each other (i.e., could proceed should the other project not be approved, e.g., road rescue vehicle and a generator) must be submitted under separate applications.

Certain projects may have bilingual requirements and the cost of translation should be factored into the proposal.
