JOINT EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM

The Joint Emergency Preparedness Program (JEPP) enables the Federal Government to contribute to or to jointly undertake projects with the provinces and territories in support of a uniform level of emergency preparedness and response across Canada. JEPP cost-sharing assistance is available to local government and provincial ministry projects, not to individuals.
The JEPP Guidelines and all corresponding JEPP forms have been updated. Please discard old copies that you may have and print and review the updated versions. If you would like a package sent to you, please contact our office at 1-888-257-4777. JEPP applications for 2009/2010 are due at your PEP Regional Office on or by October 31, 2008. Please note that applications received after this date will not be accepted.
